Here is What You Will Get:
Four Live Zoom Classes
In these Live Zoom Classes, you will first get some basic understanding of how your brain “does balance” and what systems in your body are involved, so that it will make sense to you WHY specific exercises can improve your balance so efficiently.
You will then learn easy and fun but powerful exercises. Through a test/retest principle, you will be able to select the exercises that improve your balance specifically. No mindlessly practicing something, hoping it will work.
A Set of Exercises Selected Specifically for You to Improve Your Balance
You will walk away with a set of easy, fun exercises that you know will improve your balance specifically. You will also get help and support, so that you actually DO these exercises.
